成都市麓湖社区发展基金会经由四川省民政厅审核批准，于2019年10月17日正式注册成立，是具有独立法人资格的公益组织。基金会以“推动社区自我管理与服务，促进社区公共管理和活力, 塑造社区公民精神，创造社区共同体”为使命，秉持“平等、开放、多元、尊重、包容、协商共进”的价值观，推动实现“永续社区美好生活”的愿景。
